Moatrigo, a workshop held annually by the Paran\u00e1 Wheat Industry Union (Sinditrigo-PR), has its schedule defined and aligned with the trends and needs of the milling industry.<\/p>\n
The event will take place on March 18th, at the Fiep auditorium, in Curitiba, with the opening of the plenary session scheduled for 8:30 am. Speakers include Professor Rubens Santa'Anna, who will discuss \u201cThe Trade Marketing Implementation Journey: How to be Relevant in the New Retail\u201d, and wheat specialist from Safras & Mercado, \u00c9lcio Bento, who will speak about the 2025 Harvest.<\/p>\n
Another topic highlighted at Moatrigo will be \u201cDynamics of the Wheat Flour and Derivatives Market in Food Retail\u201d.<\/p>\n
In addition to the lectures, participants will also be able to attend parallel presentations, held in thematic rooms: Milling and Wheat; Research and Development; Structure, Processes and Safety.<\/p>\n
