One of the most traditional forums at Expodireto Cotrijal, the National Soybean Forum, is in its 35th edition and will be held next Tuesday (11), starting at 9 am, at the Central Auditorium of Expodireto Park, in N\u00e3o-Me-Toque (RS). Topics such as the new geopolitics of agribusiness and the grain market will be discussed in lectures promoted by the Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (FecoAgro\/RS) and Cotrijal with the support of CCGL and the Ocergs Sescoop System.<\/p>\n

The first lecture of the day will be given by Ricardo Geromel, one of Brazil\u2019s leading experts on China. He will address the topic \u201cThe Impact of New Geopolitics on Agribusiness \u2013 The Power of China\u201d. Geromel is the founder of FCGI, a company that focuses on connecting the best of Brazil with the best of China and the world.<\/p>\n
He holds a degree in business administration from Farleigh Dickison University in New Jersey and a Masters in Management, specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, from ESCP Europe. He received a full scholarship to pursue a postgraduate degree in the New Silk Road program at the prestigious Tsinghua University, the best university in China, where current President Xi Jinping studied.<\/p>\n
In the second panel of the day, Andr\u00e9 Debastiani, managing partner of Agroconsult, will present the topic \u201cAgroconsult Scenarios for the Soybean and Corn Markets\u201d. An agricultural engineer from UFSC, a business administrator from FESAG\/\u00danica-SC, a postgraduate in finance from FGV and a master\u2019s degree in business management from UDESC, Debastiani is also the consultancy\u2019s analyst for the grain market and is the general coordinator of the Harvest Rally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
