With the 2024\/25 harvest season in Paraguay approaching, soybean production is expected to reach 8.69 million tons in the main harvest, according to a StoneX report. Considering both cycles in the Eastern and Western regions, the national estimate rises to 9.93 million tons.<\/p>\n
According to StoneX Market Intelligence analyst Larissa Barboza Alvarez, soybean sales in the country reached 77.4% of the total, below the average of the last five years, which was 89.0%.<\/p>\n

Despite being affected by the recent frosts, the grain is in an advanced stage of maturation. "Regarding productivity, a major impact isn't expected. However, regarding grain quality, this cold weather could cause some problems.
