The October grain harvest estimate report from StoneX, a global financial services company, included a modest adjustment for the 2025\/26 soybean crop. In the case of the oilseed, the increase is 0.3% compared to the previous report, going from 178.1 million tons estimated in September to 178.6 million tons of production in October.<\/p>\n

According to Market Intelligence analyst Raphael Bulascoschi, the small adjustment is due to the early harvest season. "Although planting is just beginning in most producing regions, we've seen a favorable climate for advancing fieldwork, which raises hopes for development within an ideal window," he explains.<\/p>\n

For the 2025\/26 first corn crop, there are no changes in this estimate for the month of October compared to that of September, with the productivity volume of 25.6 million tons remaining.<\/p>\n

Cultivation is still in its infancy or still in the sowing phase in some parts of Brazil, but the scenario is positive from the point of view of the planting window, the analyst points out.<\/p>\n

Starting with the November estimate, StoneX will also begin releasing estimates for second-crop corn production, which will provide a better overview of next year's corn balance.<\/p>\n
