After 19 meetings filled with participation from the member families, Lar Cooperativa concluded the 2025\/2026 pre-assembly cycle in Mato Grosso do Sul. The traditional meetings were marked by much conversation, transparency, and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
\u201cTraditionally, pre-assemblies are very prestigious meetings, and this edition was no different. Despite the challenges, 2025 was a very good year; we exceeded our revenue and financial results targets. This performance, combined with other advances, gives us many reasons to celebrate,\u201d commented Lar's CEO, Irineo da Costa Rodrigues.<\/p>\n

In Mato Grosso do Sul, the pre-assemblies took place in two stages, with three meetings per day. The first phase, between November 24th and 27th, brought together members from Sete Quedas, Amambai, Aral Moreira, Itahum, Bela Vista, Ant\u00f4nio Jo\u00e3o, Ponta Por\u00e3, Rio Brilhante, Dourados\/Douradina, Laguna Carap\u00e3, and Caarap\u00f3. The second phase, from December 2nd to 4th, covered Bonito, Sidrol\u00e2ndia, Campo Grande, Bandeirantes, S\u00e3o Gabriel do Oeste, Chapad\u00e3o do Sul, Sonora, and Maracaju.<\/p>\n
The meetings were led by the CEO, Irineo da Costa Rodrigues, and the 1st Vice-President, Diogo Sezar de Mattia, with the participation of the coordinator of the Cooperative Dissemination Program in MS, Cristiane Denise Mattana Gehrke, and the support of the Communications Office.<\/p>\n
During the meetings, the solidity of the cooperative's business model was reinforced, which proved efficient in overcoming the challenges of 2025. "We showed our members that the year was very good, despite the setback in the soybean harvest in the southern half of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, where we could have received between eight or nine million sacks, and also in May, the avian flu, which robbed us of a better result in poultry farming, where we operated at a loss until August, a reality that only ceased to exist in October, with the return of exports to important buyers," highlighted the CEO of Lar.<\/p>\n
In addition to presenting results and investments, the meetings provided a space to discuss strategic themes that drive the cooperative's growth in the state, such as profit distribution, performance by segment, expansion, technological innovation, sustainability, training, and local demands.<\/p>\n

Between January 13 and 23, 2026, the cycle of pre-assemblies continues in Paran\u00e1 and Santa Catarina, with 16 meetings in cities such as Medianeira, S\u00e3o Miguel do Igua\u00e7u, Santa Terezinha de Itaipu, Santa Rosa do Ocoy, Santa Helena, Missal, Serran\u00f3polis do Igua\u00e7u, Ouro Verde do Oeste, Diamante D'Oeste, S\u00e3o Roque, C\u00e9u Azul, Ramil\u00e2ndia, Matel\u00e2ndia, Itaipul\u00e2ndia, Rol\u00e2ndia\/Astorga and Xanxer\u00ea.<\/p>\n
The pre-assemblies, marked by dialogue and transparency, conclude the preparation for the AGO (Ordinary General Assembly), which will take place on January 30, 2026, at the Lar Cooperativa Administrative Center, in Medianeira (PR), a decisive moment for the future of the cooperative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
