Brazilian pork exports (considering all products, both fresh and processed) totaled 122,100 tons in February, according to the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA). This volume is 6.71 times higher than that recorded in the same period last year, when 114,400 tons were shipped.<\/p>\n

In terms of revenue, performance was also positive. In total, the sector's international sales amounted to US$284.1 million, a value 4.11% higher than that obtained in February 2025, when exports reached US$272.9 million.<\/p>\n

In the first two months of the year, Brazilian pork exports reached 238,400 tons, a volume 8.11% higher than the same period in 2025, when 220,500 tons were shipped. In terms of revenue, the accumulated growth reached 8.5%, with US$554.4 million obtained in the first two months of 2026, compared to US$510.9 million recorded in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

In the analysis by destination country, the Philippines expanded its position as the main market for Brazilian pork. In February, the country imported 40,900 tons, a volume 77.4% higher than that recorded in the same month last year. Next are Japan, with 12,100 tons (+34.8%), China, with 11,100 tons (-43%), Chile, with 8,800 tons (+6%), and Hong Kong, with 8,000 tons (-40%).<\/p>\n

Singapore also figures among the main destinations, with 5,400 tons (-16.6%), Argentina, with 4,300 tons (-10.5%), Uruguay, with 4,000 tons (+8.7%), Mexico, with 3,200 tons (+8%), and Georgia, with 3,100 tons (+122%).<\/p>\n

Santa Catarina, the main exporter of pork, shipped 57,000 tons in February, a figure 7.71% lower than the same period last year. Next are Rio Grande do Sul, with 29,700 tons (+24.1% lower), Paran\u00e1, with 20,600 tons (+15.3% lower), Mato Grosso, with 3,900 tons (+39.2% lower), and Minas Gerais, with 3,100 tons (+34.3% lower).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
