To strengthen its connection with soybean and corn producers in Mato Grosso, Aprosoja MT provides support from its relationship supervisors. These professionals act as a link, providing information, listening to demands and helping to find solutions to the challenges of the sector, in addition to providing services in projects of the entity aimed at its members.
In 2024, the team carried out more than 3,500 institutional support visits, helping farmers and offering essential services for sustainable, efficient and profitable production.
For the vice president of Aprosoja MT, Ilson Redivo, these specialists play a crucial role in the growth of soybean and corn production in the state.
“It is very important that producers can count on the work of Aprosoja MT supervisors, as this is how we will solve many problems that affect our production, since they have the role of contributing to solving demands”, explains Redivo.
Aprosoja MT currently has 18 supervisors spread throughout the state of Mato Grosso, working with the association's 32 regional centers. Thus, farmers can request assistance directly from these collaborators when it comes to institutional or technical support or member demands.
The coordinating delegate of the Jaciara center, Rogério Berwanger, highlights that easy communication between producers and relationship supervisors strengthens the bond with the institution.
“Farmers can count on relationship supervisors to clarify doubts and gain greater knowledge about what Aprosoja MT is discussing. I believe it is also important for members to be present at core meetings so they can clarify their doubts,” emphasizes Berwanger.
These professionals also play an active role in implementing the entity's initiatives, such as Soja Legal, which provides free training to farmers through booklets and courses; Fertilizante Certo, which assesses the quality of inputs through laboratory analysis; and Semente Forte, which checks soybean and corn seeds using technical methods.
To access these programs, the member must open a Service Order (OS) through the Producer Channel, which will be forwarded to the supervisor responsible for the region.
