It was made available on Tuesday (23), in Agro Brazil + Sustainable Platform, a service for enabling Production Areas for Export, a feature that allows rural producers to automatically validate whether their production area meets critical requirements for exporting to foreign markets that impose socio-environmental compliance barriers.
The main objective of the Platform is to integrate, organize, and make available environmental, social, and corporate governance information related to producers (individuals), agricultural companies (legal entities), and rural properties in order to improve the quality of Brazilian agricultural products, with transparency, credibility, and trust, among all participants in the agricultural supply chain.
In this context, the Agro Brasil + Sustentável Platform also aims to meet the demands of one of the major international markets, enabling the certification of producers and batches of agricultural products, based on requirements, standards, processes, and technologies, duly characterized in terms of their production.
The Platform is a free and voluntary tool for rural producers and has universal reach across all production chains.
