Moatrigo, a workshop held annually by the Paraná Wheat Industry Union (Sinditrigo-PR), has its schedule defined and aligned with the trends and needs of the milling industry.
The event will take place on March 18th, at the Fiep auditorium, in Curitiba, with the opening of the plenary session scheduled for 8:30 am. Speakers include Professor Rubens Santa'Anna, who will discuss “The Trade Marketing Implementation Journey: How to be Relevant in the New Retail”, and wheat specialist from Safras & Mercado, Élcio Bento, who will speak about the 2025 Harvest.
Another topic highlighted at Moatrigo will be “Dynamics of the Wheat Flour and Derivatives Market in Food Retail”.
In addition to the lectures, participants will also be able to attend parallel presentations, held in thematic rooms: Milling and Wheat; Research and Development; Structure, Processes and Safety.
The president of Sinditrigo PR, Daniel Kümmel, highlights that Moatrigo brings relevant and current themes, addressing market issues, technical matters, challenges and legislation for the sector.
The event will close with the panel “Challenges of the Milling Sector: What to Expect for 2025”.
