The forecast for next week is for heavy rain and heat in Rio Grande do Sul. Updated information is available at Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 35/2025, produced by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS-Ascar and Irga.
Friday (29), Saturday (30) and Sunday (31): the weather should remain dry, with a gradual rise in temperatures, which could exceed 30°C in most municipalities over the weekend.
Monday (01/09): The stable and warm weather should continue to prevail in most of RS, however, during the day the approach of a new cold front should cause rain in the Western Border, Campanha and South Zone.
Tuesday (02/09) and Wednesday (03/09): the movement of the cold front will cause rain in all regions, with the possibility of isolated storms.
Forecast volumes are expected to range from 50 to 100 mm in most municipalities in the state and could reach 150 mm in some areas of the Southern Half. Totals between 30 and 50 mm are expected in Missões, Planalto, the Metropolitan Region, and the Western Border.
