Meat Route highlights the flavor, quality and sustainability of beef protein from Mato Grosso

From October 6th to 31st, 10 restaurants in Cuiabá and Várzea Grande will participate in the "Beef Route," a gastronomic event that celebrates the quality and sustainability of Mato Grosso beef. For nearly a month, 10 exclusive dishes will be offered, starting at R$1,500,000. 79, designed to showcase the versatility and flavor of Mato Grosso beef.

The initiative is part of the Meat Month program, promoted by the Mato Grosso Meat Institute (IMAC), and connects local cuisine to an international calendar promoting beef protein. The gastronomic circuit begins after Pantanal Cozinha Brasil on October 1st and concludes with the World Meat Congress, which will be held for the first time in Brazil, from October 28th to 30th in Cuiabá.

On the Meat Route, the public will be able to taste dishes such as the filet quatro formaggio, from Talavera Restaurante; the filet dolce vita, from Varadero; the MT Steak pangrattao, from Avah; and the MT Steak with gnocchi in Grana Padano sauce, from Due Ladroni.

The list of special recipes also includes the Angus ancho steak with creamy canjiquinha, from Canto Cozinha e Conforto; the Angus Mato Grosso Steak, from Casarão 154; the Chorizo with broccoli rice and creamy cassava, from Meats; the Angus ribs with batatonese, from Toroari Cozinha Criativa; the Swiss fillet, from Baronês; and the MT Steak and guanciele, from Mahalo.

For Imac's executive director, Paula Sodré Queiroz, the event reinforces the importance of showcasing the quality standards of Mato Grosso beef to local and national audiences. "The Beef Route showcases our production. Besides promoting the versatility of beef, it shows end consumers that Mato Grosso combines flavor, tradition, and sustainability. This type of initiative strengthens the image of our beef and helps us open even more doors in the national and international markets," Paula emphasizes.

"We have to promote and value what's local. This is good for tourists, it's good for boosting the culinary scene. So this is very important for local restaurants. Mato Grosso's cuisine is very rich, and when you try the meat produced here, when it's well-prepared, it's truly delicious," emphasizes Daniel Teixeira, president of the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants in Mato Grosso (Abrasel-MT).

Despite the promotional price, there is no limit on the number of dishes per customer, and service will be provided normally within the opening hours of each restaurant, without the need for prior scheduling.
