Brazilian exports to Palestine increased by 67.91% to US$41 million between January and October of this year. The data comes from the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC), compiled by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Conversely, Brazilian imports of Palestinian products fell by 48.5% to US$156,000.
Brazil's main exports this year are frozen beef, which has seen an increase of 561 tons per second (TP4T) and totals US$34.5 million, and chicken. In the latter case, US$4.58 million of a product that Brazil did not send to Palestine last year was exported. Conversely, Brazil mainly imported frozen or sweetened fruits, totaling US$120,000, a decrease of 2,151 tons per second (TP4T) compared to 2024. Air pumps were the other group of products sold by Palestinians to Brazil.
The trade balance between the two countries is positive at US$40.8 million for Brazil, an increase of 69.31% compared to 2024. The total trade flow is US$41.1 million, an increase of 66.5% compared to 2024.
