Wheat, soybeans, and corn prices recover abroad.

Grain markets open the session with a recovery in prices. wheat, soy and corn...amid climatic and logistical factors, and the expectation of new official data from the United States. According to TF Agroeconômica, the wheat The futures contract expiring in December 2026 in Chicago advanced and is approaching US$7.60 per bushel, equivalent to approximately US$279 per ton, driven by logistical difficulties and attacks on merchant ships in the Black Sea.

Lower exportable wheat availability from Russia and Ukraine opens up opportunities for other suppliers. In Europe, the devaluation of the euro against the dollar and lower production are also supporting prices, with wheat for December above 247 euros per ton, close to monthly highs.

In soybeans, the November contract rose again above US$ 13 per bushel, around US$ 478 per ton. The slower progress of the harvest in the United States is providing support, although the forecast of drier weather could accelerate the work. The limited participation of Chinese demand in the US market keeps the market attentive to the WASDE report. The pre-report consensus indicates US production of 123.5 million tons and ending stocks of 8.41 million tons.

In corn, the December contract again surpassed US$$ 5 per bushel and closed at US$$ 5.08, approximately US$$ 200 per ton. Opportunistic buying and fund repositioning favored the recovery. In Europe, lower production in France and the European Union increases the need for imports and opens up trading space for US corn. The WASDE, scheduled for Friday, will be decisive in determining the direction of the markets.
