The daily average export of unroasted coffee in February 2025 was 8.608 tons, representing a decrease of 20.5% compared to the amount shipped in February 2024, which had an average of 11.395 tons, according to data released by the Secretary of Foreign Trade (Secex) this Friday (07). The total volume exported in February/25 was 172.170 million tons and in February last year it was 216.518 million tons.
Total revenue from grain exports was US$1.030 billion in February 2025, compared to US$1.030 billion recorded in February 2024. Daily revenue was US$1.030 billion in February/25, thus registering an increase of 37.31 billion compared to February 2024, where the average was US$1.030 billion.
Regarding the value negotiated in the export of the product, February/25 registered an advance of 72.7% compared to the same month in 2024. The average was US$ 5,987.50 (February/25), compared to US$ 3,467.50 (February/24).
Roasted coffee, extracts, essences and concentrates
Revenue from exports of roasted coffee, extracts, essences and concentrates in February 2025 was US$$ 86.959 million, while in February 2024 the total revenue was US$$ 61.361 million. The average daily revenue registered an increase of 41.7%, accounting for a total of US$$ 4.348 million in February/25 compared to
US$ 3.229 million February/24.
The volume shipped of the product in February/25 reached a total of 7.024 tons, compared to 7.136 tons in February/24. The daily average was 351 tons (February/25), thus registering a decrease of 1.6% compared to the month of February/24, which was 375 tons.
As for the average price, in February 2025 the product was traded for US$ 12,379.30 and had an appreciation of 44.0% compared to the average price traded during the same month in 2024, which was US$ 8,598.10.
