Difficulties in expanding Brazilian corn exports continue to put pressure on prices in the domestic market, especially in regions further from ports. International competition and the lower competitiveness of the national product have reduced the capacity to transport production, increasing the availability of the cereal in the country. According to CEEMA, prices remain above the levels observed in the first half of the year, but have accumulated significant losses since September.
