The Mato Grosso Swine Breeders Association (Acrismat) has opened registration for the 2nd Mato Grosso Swine Farming Seminar, which will be held on December 2nd at the Gran Odara Hotel in Cuiabá (MT). The event will be exclusively in-person and will bring together producers, professionals, leaders, and agribusiness specialists to discuss the challenges and opportunities of modern swine farming.

With a program focused on strengthening the sector, the seminar will address topics such as market, production, sustainability, management, innovation, and personal development, in an environment of knowledge exchange and connection between agents in the production chain.

Among the confirmed speakers are national references in pig farming, agribusiness, and leadership development, such as Everton Krabbe, general manager of Embrapa Swine and Poultry (Concórdia/SC); Marcos Jank, senior professor of Agribusiness at INSPER and coordinator of the Insper Agro Global Center; Eduardo Shinyashiki, writer, neuropsychologist, and international leadership mentor; Leandro Guissoni, professor in Brazil and the United States, author of business cases at Harvard and co-founder of Decoupling; and Roberta Leite, director of 333 Brasil, who will lead a debate on family succession with the participation of young pig farmers from different regions of the state.

According to the president of the Mato Grosso Pig Breeders Association (Acrismat), Frederico Tannure Filhos, the event aims to promote practical knowledge, inspire new leaders, and boost the sustainable growth of pig farming in Mato Grosso, a sector that has been consolidating itself as one of the pillars of the state's agribusiness.

“The Seminar will be a space for learning, reflection and integration. We will discuss the present and future of pig farming, with experts who inspire and provoke positive changes in the sector,” highlighted the president of Acrismat, Frederico Tannure Filho.
