With this comfort and speed in purchasing supplies in mind, the "Coopera Sempre" (Always Cooperate) concept is becoming part of the daily routine for cooperative members in Brasilândia do Sul (PR).
The structure aims to provide the best consulting services to rural producers, from planting to harvesting, prioritizing personalization, proximity, and excellence. “This is our cooperative member's home, so they can receive the best guidance throughout the harvest and conduct good business. We are available to all producers who are part of the Cooperative, whose main objective is to generate value for members, employees, clients, and partners through cooperation with agribusiness, and who are with us on this journey,” says the CEO, Valter Pitol.
In addition to the common environment for those who drive transformation in the agricultural world, the Unit now includes business rooms: spaces for personalized requests, where meetings are held with the necessary privacy. Agricultural agents will be ready to receive our producers, immediately addressing each request in a receptive, harmonious, and efficient manner. At the counters, it is possible to consult agricultural statements, conduct commercial transactions, and check the status of each property.
The cooperative members already enjoy the complete infrastructure, which provides guidance on the best product to use in the field, as well as speed in the delivery of inputs for the harvest. In addition to rooms for personalized consulting, members are guaranteed good business opportunities in the purchase of products and also in the delivery of production. “We always knew the strength of Copacol. Now coming to our region, the Cooperative brings security in receiving the harvest and selling products, even more so with the support of the CPA [Agricultural Research Center], which is a great differentiator. We are very pleased with Copacol's arrival in our region, expanding business opportunities from planting to harvest delivery,” says cooperative member Cleber de Oliveira Santini, who owns productive areas in Alto Piquiri and Brasilândia do Sul.
Investments
In Assis Chateaubriand (PR), the structure was also recently remodeled. The grain receiving warehouses are under construction, with capacity expansion, providing convenience in the delivery of the harvest. Soon, the silos will have greater support for receiving. R$ represents an investment of R$40 million in the Chateaubriand unit alone. “It is a great satisfaction to offer our members excellent service and, through our work, to enhance results on their farms, both with agricultural inputs and in sharing exclusive experiments from our CPA [Agricultural Research Center],” says the Agricultural Superintendent, Rubem Marco Sales dos Santos.
Council Visit
The recent investments in the facilities in Brasilândia do Sul and Assis Chateaubriand were reviewed by the Board of Directors, who visited the site and also inspected the expansion works on silos to accommodate the receipt of future harvests, providing fluidity to cooperative members and grain storage for the Cooperative. “Our facilities are modern and are undergoing improvements to always guarantee the best service to the cooperative member who conducts their operations with the Cooperative. We seek agility in all processes, to provide the best planting consultancy and also the capacity to receive the harvest. Therefore, we have in our planning the goals to expand storage capacity: the works are in constant progress,” says Pitol.
